Sales Terms

Placing a deposit on any animal means you accept all terms of this agreement.

• We require a deposit of half the purchase price to hold/reserve any animal, deposit is NONREFUNDABLE

• Available animals are sold first come first serve.

• We accept Cash, Venmo and CashApp. Remaining Balance is due on pick up. Animals will not leave unless balance is paid in full.

• Cattle will be up-to-date on necessary vaccines and dewormed. All goat kids will have at least 1 CDT shot, coccidia prevention, and dewormed if needed. Biosecurity test results are available, our herd is CAE tested clean we have not had any abscesses to date.

• We do not assume risk/responsibility for the health and or condition of the animal once it leaves our property, it is the buyers responsibility for the proper care of the goat.  

• Any registered animal will require a transfer of ownership which will be the responsibility of the new owner(s) unless otherwise agreed

• Animals are to be picked up at the requested time of the seller. Any animal not picked up within 48 hours of the requested time WILL BE placed back up for discussion and deposit forfeited. 

• Transportation is the full responsibility of the buyer(s) unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, we do work with several transporters and are more than happy to give out contact info.

• Three Sands Ranch reserves the right to refuse any sale. We want our animals to go into loving, healthy homes and not be used just for profit or gain. This includes but not limited to; breeding undersized animal intentionally to achieve a "designer" look, using the animal for fighting purposes, having unhealthy or sick animals already in your care, etc.
