With our Bulk Beef, you can get a whole, half, quarter, or eighth of a cow (when available). When ordering in bulk you will get the option of choosing your cuts on a half and whole, we will email you a cut sheet to make your selections, if you require assistance we are here to help. Anything less than a half will be our standard available cuts, we do our best to ensure you get the most out of the animal you are purchasing. From time to time we will also have a variety of different box options to choose from, the cuts will vary and depend on availability.

Do you want to know where your beef comes from? Our sustainably raised, 100% grass-fed, grain-finished meat has no hormones, antibiotics, or steroids so it can be consumer-approved. We are not a large commercial factory or feedlot. We’re a small town, family-owned and operated ranch.
